What are the new Organization prices and when do they go into effect?
Starting April 20th, we will be updating the price of our Organization plan from:
Annual Billing: $10.75 monthly per user to $12 monthly per user.
Monthly Billing: $12.25 monthly per user to $14 monthly per user.
Can I keep my old plan price?
No, you will be automatically switched over to the new pricing at your next renewal date. The pricing changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle, starting April 20th.
If you are using annual billing and your Organization subscription renews before April 20th, the new pricing will not go into effect until your annual renewal date in 2022.
If you are using monthly billing and your Organization subscription renews before April 20th, the new pricing will not go into effect until your monthly renewal in May 2021.
Why are you increasing the price?
This pricing change will allow us to keep innovating on features and improve the Zeplin user experience, as distributed collaboration continues to dominate more product teams.
How did you arrive at the new price for the Organization plan?
There were several inputs used to set our pricing such as market analysis, price benchmarks, and more. However, the most important factor we considered was feedback from our users. Users helped us understand the value they get from Zeplin along with the pricing they felt was appropriate. Based upon this feedback, we selected price points that were favorably received by the majority of users and reflected the value they receive from Zeplin.
